Postgre
SQL is a tool to create a database that is open source server that has the
licenses GPL (General Public License). Postgre SQL supports programming
languages such as SQL, C, C + +, Java, PHP and others. With the GPL license,
PostgreSQL can be used, modified and redistributed by anyone without the need
to pay a license (free of charge) either for personal, educational and
